BlackBerry Answers
RIM launches BlackBerry Answers! BlackBerry Answers is a mobile web based tool that allows BlackBerry users to ask any question about their phone and have personalized answers returned straight from Research In Motion. A few test have been run on this tool and while it did answer the majority of questions, we did realize that many of your advanced questions (i.e. how to remove an IT policy) went unanswered.
All in all, this is a very helpful tool for your basic or even average BlackBerry user, but to all you BlackBerry abusers out there you’ll probably get better answers out of the forums. Below are a few screen shots of BlackBerry Answers in action.
